Recruitment Process
KPTCL Jobs Recruitment will be made by selection based on the marks secured in the academic qualification, Technical Aptitude Test (TAT)/Aptitude Test and Interview in the ratio of 50:30:20, Eligible candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit obtained in the academic qualification marks and TAT /Aptitude Test marks together.
