Availability of WBJEE Counselling Form 2011 - 2012 :-All the candidates are advised to download the online application form for the Counselling from the online portal of WBJEE, So please request your form from the address given here. Please bring a copy of this form duly filed with your signature before you appear for the Counselling.
Procedure & Steps for WBJEE Counselling 2011 - 2012 :-A complete notification regarding the Counselling of WBJEE-2011 and AIEEE-2011 rank holders for admission to Engineering / Technological / Pharmacy Degree Colleges / Universities in West Bengal will be announced in local news paper as well as online.
Candidates will be called to the Counselling hall on basis of their ranks & marks obtained into the WBJEE 2011.
You must carry the Counselling form, rank card, photo ID card, other certificates & marksheet xerox copy at the given time & date on venue.
Once you choice is filled and freezes, it can not be change at anyhow. After allocation of the college, you must have to visit the college for verification purpose.
WBJEE Counselling shall be conducted on three phases depends on availability of seats after 1st & 2nd phase.
The 2nd phase and 3rd phase are likely to take place from 1st to 3rd August, 2011 and on 13th, 14th and 16th August, 2011 respectively.
The 1st phase counselling of WBJEE-2011 for SC, ST, PC & General category will be organized on 5/7/2011.
